Our client wanted to dose a dry ingredient on a large scale to a large powder drier.
To accommodate the new process requirement, a new building needed to be built adjacent to the existing drier. The design of the new building allowed for; 1t bulk bag reception, hygienic unloading, ingredient storage, batch reconstitution to feed a continuous and homogeneous ingredient dosing system. All proposed solutions were meticulously discussed and agreed with the client to ensure the installed solution would meet their requirements immediately on production start-up.
Our collaborative approach with the client led to a very successful project being delivered on time and within budget.
